This website, pixibooksbypixign.com, is operated by PIXIGN (“PixiBooks”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.
1. Using the website
You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it for you. Keep your account details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Don't use the website for anything unlawful, to upload harmful code, or to interfere with its security.
2. Your photos and content
You keep all rights to the photos and text you upload. You give us permission to store, process, print and ship them only to make and deliver your book and to show them back to you in your account. You confirm that you own the content or have the right to use it, and that it is lawful. We may refuse to print content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or is obscene or abusive.
3. Our designs
Cover designs, layouts, illustrations, stickers, fonts, the studio and the PixiBooks brand belong to PIXIGN or its licensors. They are provided for your book only. The book preview is for your review and is not licensed for printing, copying or reproduction elsewhere.
4. Orders, prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and are shown before you pay. Standard shipping within India is free.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- An order is confirmed once payment is received; we email a confirmation with your order number. If a payment can't be confirmed, we'll contact you, and any amount taken without an order is refunded.
- We may correct a price shown in error before dispatch; if the correct price is higher, you can cancel for a full refund.
5. Checking your book
Please review every page before ordering. We print the book as you designed it, including any spelling, cropping or photo choices. Colours on paper can look slightly different from your screen, and photos print only as sharp as the files you upload.
6. Cancellations, refunds and delivery
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of ordering, or until printing starts, whichever comes first. Books that arrive damaged or misprinted are reprinted free. Details are in our Refunds & Cancellation policy and Shipping & Delivery policy, which are part of these terms.
7. Liability
We take great care with every book, but to the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Please keep your own copies of your photos; the website is not a backup service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. If something goes wrong, please write to us first; most problems are quickest to fix that way.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
